Musical Philosophy

Music moves above us, around us, and through us as invisible art. Despite its intangible form, music has the ability to transport us to distant memories, create emotion out of thin air, and inspire us to achieve greatness in our lives. Before we can call ourselves artists, every musician must decide how they want to inspire their listeners. Spencer’s goal, whether its through his improvisation, part-playing, or composition, is to help people find joy in life.

In order to accomplish this, Spencer’s passion is to learn from the masters of music. Best said by the legendary Charlie Parker, “master your instrument, master the music and then forget all that and just play.” Spencer works every day to further his knowledge of music and saxophone so he can connect with people and put a smile on their faces. His goal is to supply this service to you!
